Mayor Muriel Bowser’s Office on African American Affairs and actor Lamman Rucker are scheduled to present the 2017 Black History Film Festival on Feb. 26 at the Lincoln Theatre, 1215 U Street, NW from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free.
